Shipping Policy

We ship your personalized supplement stack directly to your door. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your first order may take an additional day as we assemble your personalized stack.

Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited (2-day) shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express (overnight) shipping is available in select areas.

Blood Test Kits: SiPhox blood test kits ship separately from your supplement order and typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Return shipping for your sample is pre-paid.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Track your package anytime from your account dashboard.

International: We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding internationally. Sign up for our waitlist to be notified when we ship to your country.

Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact support@get-stack.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
